Centrally located in south Staffordshire, Aspects at the National Memorial Arboretum offers award-winning conferencing and events facilities for between 10 – 300 guests, set within the nation’s year-round place to remember.

Guests enter Aspects through our stylish lounge bar, with occasional seating and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Arboretum offering an impressive arrival experience. From here, Aspects has seven flexible spaces that can be combined to give larger capacities. The stunning Oak Suite provides a spectacular backdrop for conferences, events and awards ceremonies, with space for 300 banquet, or 180 cabaret. Floor-to-ceiling windows, fitted with blackout curtains, ensure the space can be flooded with light or a black box for conferencing, while the high ceilings, integrated AV, tie lines and rigging points provide plug and play AV that can be added to for customised conference sets. The Oak Suite can be divided into Oaks 1, 2 and 3, providing flexibility in capacities. Each space can operate independently with its own projection, screen and audio equipment, or together. Four smaller meeting rooms; Alder, Chestnut, Hornbeam and Willow are ideal for smaller training sessions, board meetings or away days. Like the Oak Suite, each room can be joined together or separated offering flexible capacities for between 10 – 32 guests boardroom, or 24 –90 theatre style. For clients desiring exclusivity, extensive branding opportunities or with a key focus on privacy and security, the building can be hired on an exclusive hire basis. A formal mineral extraction site, the National Memorial Arboretum is home to over 400 memorials that remember the service and sacrifice of Armed Forces Personnel, Emergency Services and civilian organisations.
