I hadn't heard of Conferences Group prior to this experience. However your services were recommended to me by someone who knew and spoke highly of the service you offered. From day one Lisa Jackson was friendly, courteous and very positive about wanting to help us with the procurement of a Conference venue that was right for our needs. She was patient and understanding and always updated us on the progress she was making with the conference centre. We felt throughout the process that we had in Lisa an experience and competent professional who had our best interests at heart. Lisa assisted in the preliminary negotiations between us and the Conference Centre and we succeeded in securing the venue. It was mainly due to Lisa's assistance that we had a happy outcome to our enquires and negotiations.

The booking confirmation should contain a more detailed description of payment requirements (e.g., upfront deposit).
