195 Piccadilly is the headquarters of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) in the very heart of London’s Piccadilly.

This building has welcomed stars since 1976 and continues to do so almost on a daily basis. The moment you or your guests walk in, you will know that you have arrived somewhere special. Whatever the size or complexity of your event, 195 Piccadilly cannot fail to impress. The venue features elegant and modern event spaces with natural daylight that would be perfect for all kinds of events including weddings, conferences, press launches and private screenings. All of our spaces are multi functional and can be configured to meet all of your needs, and we have cutting-edge audio visual equipment that provides unique opportunities to enhance your event. The David Lean Room and Foyer Bar is our largest space and can accommodate a reception for 350 people. The room provides excellent views of Piccadilly, St. James’s Church and Jermyn Street. The Run Run Shaw Room is an intimate meeting room that has recently been refurbished to be more versatile and exclusive. The room features sound-proof doors that can be closed for presentations or private functions or opened to combine with the newly created Mezzanine to accommodate a reception of 140 people. The Gallery is a stylish space which features natural daylight and glass walls overlooking BAFTA’s private member club and can accommodate a reception of 50. The Boardroom is an intimate and modern room that can accommodate a dinner of 20. Also available for hire is The Princess Anne Theatre which is the theatre which BAFTA uses for all membership and award nomination screenings. The theatre is London’s largest state-of-the-art private screening room with 227 seats and has the world’s most advanced large screen digital cinema projector. The theatre has 3D film and customizable lighting capabilities and can be used for events like private screenings, ceremonies and conferences. 195 Piccadilly also offers a bespoke catering service and a flexible approach to suit all your requirements: menu offerings range from hot and cold canapés to gastronomic banquets. Our chef takes pride in the quality and detail of his food and works with local businesses to ensure the best quality ingredients in his menus.
